HAS uses CAD design to develop electrical and mechanical design. By adopting the latest in electrical and 3D design HAS is able to quickly adapt to the changing market while also providing their customers with the stability of known file formats and commonality within the aviation industry.
Our electrical design takes advantage of automation within the CAD system to provide consistent design while reducing errors and decreasing design time. Our extensive experience within the aviation community allows us to leverage that knowledge while reducing costly errors and rework.
Designing for the Aerospace industry, Heron Aero Solutions utilizes Solidworks for our 3D mechanical design, and drafting. 3D design allows for visualization of the product before incurring the expense of producing the part. The earlier in the design process a issue can be identified the lower the cost to fix. Using 3D CAD design reduces the chances of errors, ensures that all parties are on the same page, and allows for changes in the design that would not otherwise be identified until the part was actually produced. By using 3D design we can ensure that the parts will fit first time. We then transition your design into automated manufacturing to get your design to production fast and efficiently.
We use Autocad for our electrical drawing package to ensure compatibility with most of our customers capabilities.
Heron Aero Solutions can provide design engineering, drafting, and certification engineering to generate compliance reports, DER's to approve data, and DAR's to perform conformity inspections.
